✅ Instructions for Use
- Rinse the tongue scraper with warm water, then relax and gently stick out your tongue.
- Slowly and gently scrape forward from the back of the tongue to the tip, repeat 3-5 times.
- Rinse your mouth with clean water, wash the tongue scraper thoroughly, let it dry, then store it in the travel case.
